Hey! I’m Mya — the hands behind Manis by Mys.

I’m your local Dunedin nail tech who’s obsessed with funky designs, clean prep, and making nails feel fresh.

I started doing nails back in January 2025 in my dad’s spare room with a few friends and family. Since then, I’ve grown my little business and have now moved into my very own custom-built nail studio at home (dream achieved!).

I work part-time as a teacher aide and part-time as a nail tech - and this is where I get to be creative and have fun. I’m trained and certified in gel application, builder gel and gel extensions, and all my nail art skills are self-taught (and definitely my fave part of the job).

My books are full at the moment, but I’ll be reopening to new clients in February 2026. Whether you’re into soft, simple vibes or want something fun and detailed, I’ve got you covered.
